Question: What forms of payment are accepted?

MEMBERSHIP INFO:
Question: How long is a SOULROCKER FAM Membership?
Answer: SOULROCKER FAM Memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Question: What are the two different membership levels?
Answer: The Online club ($30/year) gives you access to exclusive ticket and VIP pre-sales when available, an exclusive track to stream/download every quarter, exclusive updates and a one-time 20% off coupon to the official store. The VIP club ($60/year) includes everything from the online club with the addition of an exclusive Soulrocker Fam 2021 t-shirt, access to an exclusive annual Livestream Celebration and Access to Live Podcast tapings with Michael & his special guests.
Question: My membership from the old platform is still current but I want to upgrade to VIP?
Answer: For a limited time (4/1/21-4/30/21) you will be able to upgrade your membership for $20 so you will get a jump start on the VIP benefits if your membership is current and set to expire later in the year.
Question: When will my membership gift ship?
Answer: If you are a member of the VIP Club, first shipments will go out in late April. Members who join after April should expect gifts to arrive within 3-4 weeks of purchase.

Question: How will I know when SOULROCKER FAM Presales are happening?
Answer: For the most up to date info, always double check the TOUR page. We will work hard to send e-mails out for each pre-sale as well.
Question: Can I purchase presale tickets by telephone?
Answer: No, we host Internet-only sales.
Question: My ticket presale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
Answer: When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters cause the system to produce an error message. Question: Is there a SOULROCKER FAM presale ticket limit?
Answer: SOULROCKER FAM members have access to four (4) presale tickets per show, per membership during the membership period.
Question: What is "local venue time"?
Answer: Local venue time is the time zone that applies to the venue. For example, Fenway Park in Boston, MA is ET, the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA is PT. All presales and on-sales are scheduled in local venue time.
Question: Where is my unique SOULROCKER FAM presale access code?
Answer: When you log in to your account and click on MEMBER HOME, you will see your Pre-Sale Code – your unique code starts with MF21 and is followed by 6 digits/letters.
Question: Where is my unique SOULROCKER FAM merchandise discount code and what does that get me??
Answer: When you log in to your account and click on MEMBER HOME, you will see your discount code which will allow you to receive a one-time 20% off discount during checkout at the OFFICIAL STORE – your unique code starts with SR21 and is followed by 6 digits/letters.
